Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Just the name makes me smile lol!  I love peanut butter and adding peanut butter cups to chocolate fudge, well, enough said!

I used the really simple Condensed Milk fudge for the base and went from there!

This fudge recipe only had 4 ingredients and takes less than a half hour to make!

(I forgot to put the chopped peanuts in the picture!)

The first thing you need to do is line a 9 x 9 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.

Now you are going to chop up the peanut butter cups and sprinkle them evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan.

Set this aside and in a large, microwaveable bowl, pour the bag of chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate) and the can of condensed milk.

Microwave this on high for 2 minutes, stirring after one minute and then again after another 30 seconds until the chocolate chips are fully melted.

Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the chopped peanut butter cups in the pan.  Top with chopped peanuts and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Remove from pan and slice into bite size pieces.

Enjoy!
