I saw this recipe on Pinterest (of course) and just had to try it. We love Green Beans, especially fresh ones!
This recipe mixes green beans (I know, duh), mushrooms, balsamic vinegar, garlic and olive oil. Doesn’t that sound delicious? It sure does to me!

I forgot to take a picture of my starting point/ingredients. In fact I forgot to take any pictures until I was cheating on the recipe and coating the beans, mushrooms and garlic in a large freezer bag, so I only have a few pictures of making this myself. (And I was out of fresh mushrooms, so I had to use a can of sliced mushrooms…. this time!)

The smell was almost enough for me to eat it as was but I was good and waited until it was done cooking…. just barely!
And… I didn’t get a picture of it when it was done lol. Chris was late getting home and I was so hungry that I just served it up straight away and forgot!
