Chicken Bacon Ranch Bake

Let me start by saying thank you, thank you, thank you to Lacie from for this delicious recipe idea!

I tried this for dinner last night and even though I am not supposed to eat any sort of meat, just the smell alone was enough for me to have some, consequences notwithstanding lol.  AND it was so worth it!

This recipe is easy and so yummy! Here is where I found the recipe:

I started out with all ingredients listed in the recipe, and other than mixing up a bit more of the “sauce,” oh, and I used 2 tubes of crescent rolls instead of just one (we really like crescent rolls as a “crust”). kept to the recipe as written.

I cooked up the chicken ahead of time to save myself some prep time when it came time to start this.  I had a very busy proposed schedule yesterday 😦

I started with mixing the sauce up.  Very simple, the ranch dressing mix and some mayonnaise.

I mixed up the chicken with the tomatoes, green onions, bacon and then the sauce.

Next I rolled out the crescent rolls out to fit my cookie sheet and then baked it for 10 minutes, removed from oven and spread the remaining sauce on it, spread the chicken mixture all over it and then the cheese…. lots of cheese! (And yes, I do think I need to treat myself to a new cookie sheet lol)

I baked it at 375 for about 20 minutes and then we dug in. SO fast that I forgot to take pictures of it straight out of the oven.  Thankfully Dillon slept through dinner (thanks to one of the Dr’s appointments messing up his schedule this week) and I had a FEW slices left to take a picture of lol!

If only you could smell it!  Again, thank you to for this great recipe!
