Raspberry Fluff Salad

My mother-in-law is coming up for a visit tomorrow and I wanted to make something special that she can eat.  She had dental surgery last week and can only eat soft foods.  Knowing her sweet tooth I thought I would look for something that would satisfy both the soft food requirement and something for her sweet tooth at the same time!

I found a recipe on Pinterest (of course) for a Raspberry Fluff Marshmallow salad and it seemed to fit the bill for what I wanted to make for her.

Here is the link to the original recipe.  I followed it pretty much to the letter!

Here are the ingredients used for this recipe.

You start off by mixing together the yogurt and vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl.

Next your add the thawed cool whip and stir it all up to combine.

Add the marshmallows and mix that up…. I decided to get the pretty fruity marshmallows even though Dillon told me it would make it look like vomit lol 😦

And finally fold in the frozen, partially thawed raspberries and stir it up.  I used my wooden spoon for this part.

How delicious does this look?  I pinched two little bowls of it for Chris and I to have for dessert tonight.  Raspberries are my favourite food in the world so I couldn’t pass up trying a bowl…. and a spoonful when it was done!  It is divine!

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did.  I won’t type out the recipe as it is available at the link I provided above!
