Candy Melt Christmas Trees

I’m not going to say it again, but I am sure you can guess where I saw these lol!  I thought they would be a cute addition to our Christmas baskets and gifts!

Here is what I started with.

I started by laying the pretzels on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet for the “trunks.”

I melted the candy melts, about a half cup at a time and then transferred it to an icing bag to make piping the trees easier.

And then started to make squiggly tree shapes over top of the pretzels and added some sprinkles for decorations!

I made the mistake of letting Dillon help me by doing the sprinkles lol… the one that is overly sprinkled is his pride and joy!  He told me he only used that many to cover up the ugly tree I piped!!! You can’t miss it! They were fun to make and actual kids would have fun doing the sprinkles part!

Once they were set I wrapped them in plastic wrap and added them to gift baskets!
