I was going to make pizza again on Saturday night but chose instead to try something different. I made a sort of Pizza casserole and served it with some nice hot chicken wings!

Lol. When Dillon took me to get groceries last Friday he asked me if making pizza was difficult. I told him it wasn’t and made the mistake of asking why!!!
His original idea was to make a Skull shaped pizza but then changed it to a Smiley Face pizza. This post is about Dillon making said Smiley Face Pizza!
I think any little boy (or adult “Children” like Dillon lol) would love to make something like this! Dillon told me when he cut it into slices it made it look like it was bleeding lol!!!

It won’t be much longer until I become a first time Grandma!!!
As you all may remember in Kim’s “My Best Creation Yet” post, I am going to be a Grandma and she is now 7 months along, so I am planning a baby shower for her. She knows about it but I still wanted to share some tips I found as well as some of the beautiful printables I found on Pinterest to help make planning it much easier!

I always seem to make rice with dinner on Fridays. Mainly because Dillon doesn’t like rice and if I make rice for dinner when he’s eating with us he won’t eat that part lol. Yes, he is a fuss ass. No matter, I made rice again this past Friday…. a recipe I have made many different times and is always a hit!
Feel free to add whatever you like to personalize it to your tastes. I shredded the remaining pork tenderloin and added it to the leftover rice for a quick and delicious lunch the next day.

Mongolian BeefHere is a different recipe. I have made Mongolian Beef, Chinese Fried Rice, to name a few different ethnic recipes, along with a whole lot of “Mexican” ones so making something Moroccan was fun to try!

It was Dillon’s birthday the other day. When he was little he always wanted meatballs and doodles (noodles) for his birthday dinner. This year he couldn’t make up his mind what he wanted so knowing how much he loves ham and of course, bacon, I made this casserole for his birthday dinner with some bread and Caesar salad. And Cherry CHEESECAKE lol!

I thought with the cold and dreary weather we’ve been having it would be a good time to repost this recipe for stick to your ribs beef stew!
