Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Mushrooms

When “the kids” were up this past weekend I had chosen to make steaks, baked potatoes and salads for dinner.  And as far as I am concerned, you can’t have steak without mushrooms too!

I found this really good recipe for mushrooms cooked in the oven that I decided to make for this occasion and they were really, really, really good!

I forgot to take pictures once they were cooked because everyone dug in so quickly I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of the final outcome lol so I you will have to see how delicious these look on the page where I found the recipe!

I found the recipe here:

These are the ingredients I used to make them.

20180715_17063667234384984158867.jpgIn a small bowl, I mixed together the rosemary, thyme, dill, garlic, lemon juice and melted margarine and whisked it to combine.

I put my washed mushrooms in a large baggie, halving some of the really big ones first, poured the margarine mixture into the bag and shook it to fully coat the mushrooms.

I placed them in my parchment paper lined baking pan and baked them at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, until they started to crisp on the outside and then we thoroughly enjoyed them with dinner. They were so good we were actually just grabbing mushrooms with out forks and eating them alone lol!

As I said, I totally forgot about taking pictures after they were cooked and ready to eat lol but this is the picture from the site I found the recipe!

Again, here is where I found this recipe and I so encourage you to try these!!!!
