Corn on the Cob – On the Grill

First I need to apologize… the corn went so fast I didn’t even manage to get a picture of it being consumed…. or better yet… devoured! The butter brushed on with the garlic powder made this corn so delicious that no one took a break long enough to take a picture lol.

Feel free to add your own spices to the melted butter other than the garlic powder I used!

This is all I used to make the corn on the cob.

I husked (my least favourite part of corn on the cob) and rinsed the corn.

I cut enough pieces of aluminum foil to fully wrap each piece of corn.

I laid the cobs, one at a time, one the foil and brushed them with 1/2 cup melted butter mixed with about 2 tsp. garlic powder.

I repeated this process with all the corn….

And then we BBQ ed them on the top rack of the BBQ for about 25 – 30 minutes. We served them with extra butter, salt & pepper, Cajun seasoning and a sriracha and lime seasoning.
