Homemade Toilet Fizzies

Yes, I know… not very glamorous lol… but it’s a job we all have to deal with. This project makes that not so pleasant job a little more tolerable!

Toilet Fizzies!!!

Easy to make and even easier to use!

Here are the ingredients required to make them, and some silicone ice cube trays. The essential oil scent is up to you… I chose an orange scented essential oil.

To start, mix together 1 cup of baking soda and 1/4 cup of cream of tartar in a large measuring cup.

Add 2 – 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and about 30 drops of the essential oil and mix well.

Using a teaspoon, press the mixture into the ice cube tray cavities. I had enough for 20+ Fizzies.

Allow to dry for about 6 to 8 hours, maybe more depending on the humidity.

Pop them out of the ice cube trays…

And store in a covered container close to the toilet so you can pop one in a couple times a week!
