Coconut Macaroons

We love coconut… in just about any form. I even like it fresh right from the husk! My favourite is still the chocolate coconut macaroons but I have to say these ones come in a pretty close second! And did I mention how easy they are to make???

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Macaroons

Yes… back to peanut butter. Can’t help it lol… everyone loves peanut butter in this house. And at Chris’ work if I am being honest. The guys at work like to “raid” his lunch box to see what snacks I have sent. I swear they are all like a bunch of 5 year olds lol!

This is a no bake cookie/macaroon so they are relatively quick to make and delicious to eat!

Molasses Spice Cookies

These are similar to gingerbread a bit… and the smell of them baking in the oven makes the whole house smell like a bakery. I swear I had Dillon drooling in front of the oven door, waiting for them to be done so he could snag a few lol!

They are perfectly spiced and rolled in sugar before baking.  When they first come out of the oven they are soft and chewy and oh so delicious and when cooled crisp up a bit… with the same great flavour!

Yes…. PB again lol! I made these a few weeks back for lunch box snacks and let me tell you… they never last very long.  Sometimes I even have to hide them to make sure there are enough for lunches lol!

Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies

The only description fitting for these cookies is OMG… and I do not throw that “phrase” out very often…. but these cookies definitely fall into that category!  They are soft and chewy in the middle with a deliciously chocolate taste.  Grab yourself a big glass of milk and enjoy a batch of these awesome cookies!
