I had a real hankering for fish for dinner the other night. Myself, I prefer it just baked with a little bit of salt, butter and lemon juice, but Chris likes it lightly crusted. This time I did it his way lol.
This way to bake fish is very easy to prepare and tastes great! The top is nice and crispy and the fish just falls apart in your mouth! It is certainly not the deep fried greasy, yet delicious fish you get from the fish and chips restaurants as a treat lol, but it is still great in it’s own right!
