My Lasagna Recipe

This is an easy, well loved family recipe (Just ask Kim, it is one of her favourites).

The key ingredient to my lasagna is using Fresh Lasagna noodles.  None of the hard, boil forever noodles.  Not that they aren’t good, especially if you are in a pinch, they just aren’t anywhere near as good as when you use fresh pasta!

Below is my step by step recipe for how I make lasagna, and I can tell you that it doesn’t last long when it comes out of the oven!

Spicy Sausage & Peppers Casserole

This is one of my husband and son’s favourite dinners.  A jumble if you will, of all of their favourites… hot sausage, peppers, onions, cheese… what more could they ask for?

It is a very easy to prepare dinner that you can make in the morning and keep covered in the fridge until you are ready to bake it. And if you don’t like spicy, you can use regular Italian sausages and omit the Cajun pepper seasoning at the end.

Casserole from Leftover Chili

I know the title doesn’t sound glamourous and the meal itself isn’t either but it IS a good way to use up leftover Chili and it IS good, stick to your ribs comfort food! AND it is very fast and easy to make.

Serve it up with a nice salad and some fresh-baked bread!

I know you probably don’t need pictures but I took them, so why not include them!
