Blueberry Muffins

This is my favourite blueberry muffin recipe, the same one I have been making for years.  I don’t actually like blueberries but I do enjoy the occasional blueberry muffin.  Mostly I make them for “the boys” lunches for work!

Fudgy Chocolate Brownies

I noticed yesterday that I was running out of lunch snacks!  Oh no!  Even though I pretty much strap a feed bag on for their lunch boxes I still like to send them full.  Dillon is always telling me there is no way he can eat all of it in one night, but I am one of those people with an innate need to feed people and they are my lucky victims/recipients lol!

So here is my favourite chocolate brownies recipe!

Chocolate & PB Rice Crispy Cereal Rolls

Yesterday I wanted to make something different for “the boys” lunches.  I like to make their snacks as much as I can and sometimes like to change it up.

Yes, I know…. PB again?  In my defense, PB is good for you and it just tastes so damn good lol!  I decided that instead of just plain crispy squares or a square type treat that I would try rolling the crispy cereal with a PB filling.

Let me tell you, they taste delicious!

Peanut Butter Confetti Squares (No Bake)

This is one of my favourite recipes that I thankfully don’t make often lol. I mean to make it every Christmas for the “Cookie Plates” we give out, but never seem to remember to make it!

It is very easy, very quick and great to take as a treat anywhere,  or keep it and hide it all for yourself!

Best Ever Banana Bread

20170326_155715.jpg

In our home I can make this recipe (which makes 2 loaves !!!) one day and I swear it is gone in less than two days!  My family has always loved banana bread and I think what does it for this one is the buttermilk.

This recipe is delicious and very easy to make.  One tip though… that I learned the hard way… if your bananas are still a bit solid, mash them with a fork a bit before you attempt to do it with your stand or hand mixer, unless you would like pieces of banana literally all over your kitchen! Freezes great!
